She takes the time to treat you in a way that reflects her high concern for the well being of her patients. She will work with you to get you in for an appointment, and will schedule on days other than "in office " days. You just have to call and ask. I have seen her for primary care concerns, but I am currently seeing her for cosmetic facial procedures, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
